Below the exhaust piping are large ducts that supply filtered air to the floor below. The ducts are of two different types which we depict in blue and gold.
The blue ducts function like shower heads as they squirt filtered air through holes into the rooms immediately below. Filters in these ducts remove most dust particles yielding "class 100" air. This means that the air contains less than 100 particles per cubic meter larger than 1 micron in size.
